Your Role
Foxtrot is seeking a Talent Sourcer to fuel our rapid growth across engineering, data, consulting, and leadership functions. In this role, you will be the engine of our talent acquisition function: identifying and engaging top passive talent, while keeping our recruiting engine running seamlessly. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will combine creative sourcing strategies with light talent coordination and interview scheduling. The ideal candidate is a curious researcher, a compelling writer of outbound candidate messaging, and a detail-oriented self-starter who loves uncovering hidden talent and maintaining smooth recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using talent mapping, boolean search, open-source communities, niche technical forums, and professional networks to identify elite passive talent.
• Build, nurture, and maintain warm pipelines of qualified candidates across technical (data and AI software engineering, forward-deployed engineering), consulting, and non-technical job
• families from entry-level to C-suite.
• Craft personalized, highly engaging outreach messaging that articulates Foxtrot’s mission, technical work, and value proposition to drive strong response rates.
• Facilitate seamless interview logistics, managing calendar coordination, candidate scheduling, and interview panel details to keep candidate pipelines moving efficiently.
• Research target companies, industry trends, and niche skill clusters to help leadership understand talent availability and refine candidate profiles.
• Take initiative to test new sourcing channels, experiment with emerging sourcing tools, and continuously improve our candidate acquisition and coordination workflows.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent operations experience, with a strong focus on passive candidate identification and outbound outreach.
• Proven ability to build targeted candidate pipelines for technical, engineering, or complex business roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written communication skills with a track record of writing personalized, high-converting outreach messaging.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail, with hands-on experience managing complex interview scheduling and calendar coordination.
• High autonomy, strong curiosity, and a clear growth mindset dedicated to finding creative ways to uncover hard-to-find talent.

Preferred Experience

• Prior sourcing or coordination experience within enterprise software, technical consultancies, data integration, or agency search environments.
• Experience running targeted sourcing sprints or talent mapping projects for specialized technical or executive profiles.
• Hands-on experience working within ATS platforms, scheduling tools, candidate CRM software, and advanced candidate discovery tools.
