About Foxtrot

Foxtrot Services is a specialized Palantir partner, founded by former Palantir business leaders, bringing deep, hands-on experience delivering AI and data platforms in complex, high-stakes enterprise and government settings.

We help organizations turn messy data reality into systems people actually trust, use, and scale, from modern data engineering through production AI-powered use cases and operational workflows.

You will have room to own work, plus experienced teammates who will coach, review, and help you level up fast. We value curiosity, technical fluency, strong collaboration, and high integrity. If that sounds like you, we hope you’ll join us.

Your Role

Foxtrot is seeking motivated, curious, and data-driven individuals to join our team as Senior Implementation Engineers. In this role, you will use a quantitative mindset and technical expertise to solve complex customer problems directly on-site in Washington, D.C. • Platform Configuration & Data Engineering: Use coding languages (SQL, Python) to conduct technical platform configuration, integrate data from structured and unstructured sources, and support containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary technical interface for senior stakeholders, facilitating live data deep-dives and "what-if" scenario modeling to address supply chain vulnerabilities.
  • Mission Enablement: Develop mission-specific workflows and dashboards, ensuring that high-level assessments transition into functional, persistent monitors within the customer's workflow.
  • Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve system issues in operational environments while conducting root cause analysis to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Leadership: Lead execution teams and workstreams, mentor team members to refine technical skills and domain expertise, and shape institutional knowledge of data platforms.

Qualifications

  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.) or 3–7 years of equivalent experience.
