About Foxtrot
Foxtrot Services, founded by former Palantir employees with deep experience building and deploying large-scale AI/data solutions, is a certified strategic-alliance partner of Palantir Technologies. We work across industries (automotive, healthcare, financial services, supply-chain, and more), from enterprise data engineering to AI-powered use-cases and integrations. We value curiosity, technical fluency, strong collaboration, and high integrity.
Your Role
We are seeking a proactive, self-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the CRO. In this role, you will serve as the internal marketing hub: owning organic social media, producing content, and ensuring brand cohesion. You will coordinate across all departments and support PR efforts for our co-CEOs. You will also partner directly with our fractional CMO, who manages the website front-end/back-end and video production.
This is a high-impact opportunity. You’ll bring energy, initiative, and organizational discipline while working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Responsibilities
This role requires adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across the business. Responsibilities may include:
- Organic Social Media & Content: Develop and execute Foxtrot’s organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other platforms. Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, manage communities, and perform social listening.
- Brand Consistency: Coordinate with the fractional CMO and production team to maintain visual and tone consistency. Capture and source content from internal teams, leadership, and events.
- Internal Coordination & Marketing Operations: Act as the central liaison between engineering, product, sales, recruiting, HR, and marketing.
- Project Management: Maintain project trackers, deadlines, and cross-team communication flows. Manage briefings, status updates, and follow-up with designers, producers, and agencies.
- PR & Executive Support: Support co-CEOs with visibility initiatives, speaking opportunities, media briefs, press releases, and executive communications.
- External Content Placement: Partner with PR agencies or freelancers to place thought leadership pieces, case studies, and executive commentary.
- Collateral: Draft and maintain internal/external communications, collateral, and event materials.
- Event/Trade Show Management: Coordinate Foxtrot’s presence at industry events to maximize awareness and generate qualified leads.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications (B2B or tech preferred).
- Proven ability to manage organic social media channels, content calendars, and community engagement.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with external agencies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills (non-negotiable).
- Familiarity with social tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, or native analytics.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.).
- A self-starter who proactively identifies gaps and takes initiative.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator, able to simplify technical content for broad audiences.
- Culturally aligned: values transparency, high integrity, teamwork, and meaningful impact.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to B2B tech services, AI/data, or enterprise software marketing.
- Comfort interacting with senior leadership and supporting PR/media initiatives.
- Experience working autonomously while collaborating with engineers, leadership, and external agencies.
- Based in or willing to work near Washington, D.C. is preferred.
