About Foxtrot
Foxtrot Services is a specialized Palantir partner, founded by former Palantir business leaders, bringing deep, hands-on experience delivering AI and data platforms in complex, high-stakes enterprise and government settings.
We help organizations turn messy data reality into systems people actually trust, use, and scale, from modern data engineering through production AI-powered use cases and operational workflows.
We work across industries including automotive, healthcare, financial services, and supply chain. Foxtrot is built for people who want both autonomy and a team that shows up for them. You will have room to own work, plus experienced teammates who will coach, review, and help you level up fast. We value curiosity, technical fluency, strong collaboration, and high integrity. If that sounds like you, we hope you’ll join us.
Your Role
Foxtrot is looking for driven software engineers, full stack developers, and machine learning experts to join our team. As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Levels 1–4), you will be an integral part of customer implementation teams for Palantir Foundry and AIP. Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining production infrastructure, typically in TypeScript, PySpark or React.
- Design & Integration: Leverage expertise in data integration, APIs, Ontology, and model orchestration to design and build optimal workflows for the Palantir platform.
- Application Development: Build and manage application portfolios within Foundry, utilizing OSDK, Functions/Actions, and Marketplace deployments to meet evolving business needs.
- Platform Governance: Develop and maintain platform standards, documentation, and customer-facing knowledge articles to ensure scalable architecture.
- Technical Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on Foundry platform capabilities, helping customers adopt best practices for event-driven architecture and state-machine orchestration.
- Collaboration: Work alongside internal stakeholders and utilize modern dev tools (GitHub, Atlassian suite) to drive knowledge sharing and implementation speed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience programming in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Spark or similar.
- 2+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A strong understanding of data engineering principles.
- Working knowledge of cloud computing and API development.
Preferred Experience (The "High-Code" Developer Profile)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Full-Stack Development: Experience with TypeScript, PySpark or React in a professional development environment.
- Advanced Foundry: Hands-on experience with Foundry OSDK, Compute Modules, and Marketplace.
- Systems Architecture: Proven ability to design event-driven architectures and translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical strategies and architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
