Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth through proactive, outbound-led sales efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned hunter with deep experience targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts who are embracing the Palantir Foundry platform. You will own the outbound motion, create a consistent pipeline, and close complex deals that help clients unlock the full value of their Foundry investments.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Revenue Generation
- Lead a rigorous outbound prospecting program (email sequences, calling, LinkedIn outreach, ABM campaigns) to source and develop new opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, with a focus on companies between $100M and $1B in revenue.
- Develop territory and account plans aligned to ideal client profiles.
- Consultative Enterprise Selling
- Execute a high-touch, consultative sales process to uncover business problems, scoping software engineering needs, and aligning our services to client goals.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and sales management teams to shape proposals, SOWs, and value-based business cases.
- Lead deal strategy and forecasting, ensuring visibility into pipeline health.
- Full opportunity lifecycle management from inception to contract signature to hand off to the Foxtrot delivery team.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execution
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted ABM initiatives.
- Provide insights into key accounts to tailor messaging, outreach, and multi-threaded engagement.
- Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and continuously refine outreach strategies.
- Relationship Building & Network Leverage
- Bring and cultivate a strong personal network of decision-makers and influencers in industries where Foundry adoption is strong (e.g., manufacturing, health care, supply chain, logistics).
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence
- Use CRM to manage all prospecting, pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking.
- Maintain excellent sales hygiene, reporting, and communication rhythms.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in outbound-driven roles.
- Experience selling software engineering consulting, technical services, or enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, its ecosystem, and typical enterprise use cases.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into $100M–$1B revenue companies and navigate complex buying groups.
- Strong understanding of ABM best practices, including account segmentation, persona development, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
- Proficient with CRM systems; strong pipeline and time management skills.
- Existing network of relevant industry contacts for rapid pipeline growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
