Your Role

As the Chief of Staff at Foxtrot Services, you are the primary force multiplier for our executive leadership. Foxtrot isn’t just a consultancy; we are the specialized engine driving high-stakes Palantir Foundry implementations across complex enterprise environments.

In this role, you will be the connective tissue between the CEO's vision and the firm’s execution. You will act as a strategic advisor and project shepherd, playing an integral part in high-level technical and operational discussions. Your mission is to ensure that the leadership team remains focused on their highest-value priorities while you manage the operational glue that keeps the organization scaling at pace.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Lead cross-functional initiatives that fall between departmental lines, ensuring that our teams are aligned and internal growth targets are met.
• Executive Operations: Design and manage the "operating rhythm" of the leadership team, including executive offsites, Board of Directors preparation, and weekly leadership syncs.
• Special Projects: Oversee high-priority, "zero-to-one" projects—such as launching new service lines, evaluating strategic partnerships within the Palantir ecosystem, or optimizing internal resource allocation.
• Internal Communications: Draft internal memos, investor updates, and keynote presentations that translate complex company milestones into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Gatekeeping & Prioritization: manage high-level decision workflows, ensuring the Senior Leadership Team is prepared for cross-functional meetings with the necessary data and context.
• Operational Bridge: ensure clear communication and accountability across the firm.

Qualifications

• Professional Background: 5–8 years of experience in prior Chief of Staff roles or mid to senior level operations experience. 
• The "Swiss Army Knife" Skillset: Exceptional ability to pivot from a high-level strategic discussion to a granular operational spreadsheet without losing momentum.
• Communication Mastery: You can distill 40 pages of documentation into a 3-bullet executive summary that hits the mark every time.
• High EQ & Discretion: You will be privy to sensitive company data and interpersonal dynamics; you must handle both with absolute integrity and emotional intelligence.

Preferred Experience

• Foundry Literacy: While you don't need to be a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, you must have a strong conceptual understanding of the Palantir Foundry stack (Data Connection, Ontology, Slate, Contour) and why it’s a game-changer for enterprise data.
• Direct experience working within or alongside the Palantir ecosystem (either at Palantir, a partner firm, or a major Foundry customer).
• Prior experience in a "Chief of Staff" or "Head of Operations" role during a significant scaling phase ($10M to $50M+ ARR).
• Advanced degree (MBA or JD) or equivalent high-pressure professional training.
