About Foxtrot
Foxtrot Services is a specialized Palantir partner, founded by former Palantir business leaders, bringing deep, hands-on experience delivering AI and data platforms in complex, high-stakes enterprise and government settings.
We help organizations turn messy data reality into systems people actually trust, use, and scale, from modern data engineering through production AI-powered use cases and operational workflows.
We work across industries including automotive, healthcare, financial services, and supply chain. Foxtrot is built for people who want both autonomy and a team that shows up for them. You will have room to own work, plus experienced teammates who will coach, review, and help you level up fast. We value curiosity, technical fluency, strong collaboration, and high integrity. If that sounds like you, we hope you’ll join us.
Your Role
As a Business Development Operations Manager at Foxtrot, you will be the engine behind our Sales team’s efficiency. Initially, this role will serve as a critical bridge during a team member's leave of absence, ensuring that our sales processes, data, and administrative workflows remain seamless. You will work closely with leadership to manage the "rhythm of business," helping us track opportunities and refine how we engage with potential partners by being the business owner of our CRM. This is a high-impact role for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong project management skills, eager to learn the nuances of enterprise AI sales, and ready to grow into a permanent pillar of our Sales organization.
Responsibilities
- CRM & Pipeline Ownership: Act as the primary owner for CRM and pipeline tool process development; maintain strict data hygiene across Sales and Delivery teams to ensure reporting integrity and reliable forecasting.
- Proposal & RFP Coordination: Lead the coordination and drafting of proposals, RFP responses, and client-facing decks; manage the end-to-back workflow of document preparation including tracking NDAs.
- Operational & Project Management: Streamline Sales operations through rigorous project management of the "rhythm of business," including reporting, pipeline reviews, and cadence management.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify bottlenecks in the sales workflow and author sales process documentation to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Input Consolidation: Coordinate and consolidate inputs between Sales, Engineering, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure alignment on project scopes, renewals, and new business motions.
- Sales Enablement: Manage sales collateral and case studies while ensuring the team utilizes these tools within the established sales process.
Qualifications
- High Operational Aptitude: Proven ability to manage complex tasks, handle multiple concurrent deadlines, and thrive in an environment with high ambiguity.
- Document Drafting & Editing: Exceptional skills in drafting and editing professional proposals, decks, and client-facing documents.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable consolidating inputs from both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Commercial Awareness: A mindset that goes beyond administrative support to understand the commercial drivers of the business and the enterprise sales cycle.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with modern productivity tools (G-Suite, Slack, etc.) and an ability to learn CRM process design and data structures.
- Integrity & Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive business data and internal communications with the highest level of professionalism.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or administrative role within a technical or consulting environment.
- Direct experience coordinating inputs across technical (Engineering) and commercial (Sales/Finance) teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or Hubspot) and an interest in the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
- While direct Sales experience is not required, a strong interest in learning the enterprise sales cycle is a plus.
